  1. Mix water and milk
  2. Pour flour and salt into a bowl
  3. Add eggs and some milk mixture and whisk the flower into the liquid
  4. Gradually pour in reamining milk mixture, whisking steadily
  5. Add melted butter to mixture and whisk again
  6. Place a pan on medium heat and lightly coat with butter
  7. Once butter is sizzling, pour in 2 tablespoons of batter, spreading to the edges of the pan
  8. Cook crepe for roughly one minute, flip, cook for 10 more seconds, and serve
  9. Continue until batter is used up, adding more butter to pan as needed
